BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
LOW SEASON CANCELLATIONS
- In low season credit card data will be requested as guarantee.
- You can cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
- If you cancel or change the reservation out of the specified date,the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount.
- If client fails to check in on date the hotel will charge total amount of the reservation
MEDIUM AND HIGH SEASON CANCELLATIONS
- 30% of total amount will be charged at the moment of the reservation.
- You can cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival date.
- If you cancel or change the reservation out of the specified date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount.
- If client fails to check in on date the hotel will charge total amount of the reservation
Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed disponibility for your dates a prepayment will be required to make a formal reservation. This deposit guarantees your stay during the contracted days.
In case of cancellation more than 15 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded but 5€ will be charged for management fees. 50% will be refunded if cancellation is made more than one week and less than 15 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation a week prior to arrival the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation during your stay, total amount of your contracted stay will be charged.
